Manage Profile Attributes
You can manage the profile attributes in the Orchestration Console from the Custom Attributes tab of the Profile Details panel.
As with products and categories, profiles are defined by their attributes which are of two types:
| • | Default Attributes - Exist in the system and cannot be modified or deleted. |
| • | Custom Attributes - Are the attributes that you can create, modify, and delete. |
Default Attributes
Default Attributes exist within the system and can not be altered or deleted. However, you can decide which Default Attributes to include in a profile and specify some settings.
Base profiles have their own specific set of Default Attributes. For Custom Profiles, the Default Attributes are:

The minimum and maximum creation dates. |

The person who created the profile. |

The profile ID. |

The date that this profile was last changed. |

The last person to modify the profile description. |

Name |
The name to display for the profile. |

SequenceNumber |
A sequence number for the profile. |
Custom Attributes
Custom Attributes are attributes that you define.
Custom Attributes are either:
| • | Base Attribute, including Yes/No Choice, Date/Calendar, and so on. See the Custom Attributes table below. |
| • | Lookup, which includes all defined Lookups. |
| • | Profile Reference, which includes all defined Profiles. |
All Custom Attributes have the following parameters:
| • | Group, select a Group from the drop-down. |
| • | Is required, Yes/No |
| • | Type, the type of profile. |
